Executive Council Composition
The
Executive Council shall be constituted by the Governing Council and shall
consist of the following positions:

The
Council may include additional members or special invitees
with defined roles as approved by the Governing Council.
2. Term and Appointment
2.1
Members of the Executive Council shall serve a term of 4 years,
subject to reappointment.
2.2 Appointment is made by the Governing Council based on merit, experience,
and commitment to Mallyuddha.
2.3 The Executive Council may constitute sub-committees or task forces to
fulfill its duties.
3. Duties of Executive Council Members
3.1 President
- Presides over all Council and
General Body meetings.
- Provides leadership and vision for
the Federation.
- Represents MIF at national and
international forums.
3.2 Vice President(s)
- Assists the President in duties
and presides in their absence.
- Coordinates with zonal/state
bodies for regional development.
3.3 General Secretary
- Manages daily operations of the
Federation.
- Issues notices, minutes of
meetings, and maintains official records.
- Coordinates with departments,
committees, and affiliated bodies.
3.4 Joint Secretary(ies)
- Supports the General Secretary in
all duties.
- May be assigned specific
portfolios such as youth affairs, women’s development, etc.
3.5 Treasurer
- Maintains books of accounts and
ensures financial discipline.
- Prepares annual budgets, financial
reports, and oversees audits.
- Manages bank accounts, receipts,
payments, and fund disbursements.
3.6 Technical Director
- Develops training modules,
competitive rules, and grading systems.
- Leads training of trainers (ToT)
and certification programs.
- Coordinates with academies and
training centers globally.
3.7 Media & PR Director
- Manages the Federation’s online
presence, press releases, and media campaigns.
- Develops marketing, branding, and
promotional strategies.
- Liaises with sponsors and public
stakeholders.
3.8 Legal & Compliance Officer
- Ensures statutory compliance under
the Companies Act and sports regulations.
- Handles legal documentation, MOU
drafts, and policy matters.
- Represents the Federation in legal
forums when necessary.
3.9 Athletes’ Representative
- Raises issues and feedback from
athletes to the Executive Council.
- Advocates for athlete welfare,
safety, and rights.
3.10 National Coach/Training Coordinator
- Monitors performance of
state/national teams.
- Leads national training camps and
coaching standards.
- Oversees selection and evaluation
procedures.
